We revitalized the central pool and jacuzzi zones, integrating them with extensive wooden decking. Our material selection prioritized marine-grade timber and weather-resistant sealants. The fact that these high-traffic wet areas remain functional and aesthetic 15 years later demonstrates the efficacy of our **construction specifications**.
A key challenge of the **resort upgrading** was integrating the new structures with Samui’s massive granite boulders. We utilized precise geotechnical engineering to anchor the villas around these natural formations without disturbing the geology. This Design & Build approach created a seamless fusion of masonry and nature.
For the bar and lounge areas, we designed and built custom cabinetry using solid tropical hardwoods. Understanding the wear and tear of hospitality environments, we engineered the joinery to be robust and humidity-resistant. The result is a timeless aesthetic that has maintained its structural integrity over a decade of operation.
We transformed the resort’s evening character through a strategic lighting upgrade. By installing integrated LED systems along the pathways and pool edges, we enhanced safety while highlighting the texture of the natural rock and architectural features. This MEP integration created a distinct, sophisticated night-time identity for the property.
